Deconstructed Tradition
In this series, the tile breaks free from its rigid geometry and decorative pattern to become living matter, fragment, and gesture.
The artwork embraces the memory of traditional tiles while deconstructing their structure. Patterns shatter, modules multiply or dissolve, and the past reemerges transformed into a tactile abstract language. Through dense layers, overlaps, intentional fractures, and the contrast between historic blue and raw texture, each piece builds a bridge between ancestral identity and contemporary art.
